• Your preferred site visit date, if you book a visit

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or passwords on this website. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the website secure and working.

2. Why we use it

• To contact you about the property you asked about
• To arrange and confirm your site visit
• To share information about our properties that you asked to receive

We use your details only for these purposes and only with your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting a form.

3. Who handles your details

Your details reach the Viraj Real Estate team. To do this, we use a few trusted services:

• WhatsApp, when you choose to send your request through it
• Google (Google Sheets and Gmail), where your enquiry is stored and we are notified of it
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website
• Google Maps, which shows the location maps on this website

These services follow their own privacy policies. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone. We may share them with authorities only if the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you buy a property from us (in which case the law may require us to keep records longer) or you ask us to delete it sooner.

5. How we protect it

Your enquiry is stored in an account that only authorised Viraj Real Estate staff can access. This website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection.

6. Your rights

You can at any time:

• Ask what details we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or update them
• Withdraw your consent and ask us to delete them. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent: just call, WhatsApp or email us.
• Nominate a person to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity

We will respond to your request as quickly as possible. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
